I’ve been using Safe, Simple, Secure for over 15 years now for commercial and my own home security systems. I wouldn’t dream of using any other company for my ongoing security needs including instal and servicing.

These guys really are the best at what they do and are  trustworthy and reliable which is so important.  They always show up when they say they will, they offer valuable advice on  your specific security needs, never being pushy, and are really knowledgeable about the latest available technology.   No job is too big or too small. I don’t think they can be beaten in price either. 

Matt and Michael are so friendly, approachable and knowledgeable and will work hard to give you exactly what you want and need for your security system.  I’ve just moved house.  Matt arrived the week I moved in for an assessment and provided a quote shortly afterwards. Sam and Lucas arrived a few days later to remove an old out-dated security system and replaced it with the latest alarm system available which can be operated either using the control panel, mobile device or electronic key fob. 

I have some mobility issues and requested a panic button for emergencies if I was stuck at home and not able to get to my phone to raise an alarm.  An emergency signal will now go straight to my husband’s phone if the panic button is triggered. On the day of installation, Sam and Lucas took their time to explain to me what they were planning to do, making sure this met my expectations before starting.  They worked away with minimal disruption and noise throughout the day.  They filled in the holes with polyfilla where the old system had been located and asked for my hoover so they could tidy up after themselves, leaving my house as they found it.  Great job guys, my alarm system has been working a treat since installation.  I’m now covered with 12 months warranty.  After that, and similar to my old house,  I will pay a small monthly fee which gives me priority call out for any system problems and also covers my annual service.
