New installations are subject to a free property survey* to assess your requirements and enable us to recommend products to suit your specific needs and budget. * Please note – new Entry Systems require a more in depth survey costing £40.00+vat, however, this cost will be deducted from any work that is undertaken thereafter.

Repairs & Call-Outs
For all system repairs, our prices are based on your location postcode. Please contact the office to confirm your local rate. The call-out fee is our minimum charge and includes the 1st hour. This is to repair any faults, breakages or damages if you are not under a maintenance contract or it is a non-standard fault. Parts and batteries are additional.
Out of hours call-out
If you are not under maintenance and require an out of hours call out the cost is £150.00+vat for the first hour. Our working hours are Monday to Friday 0900 – 1700 hours.
Maintenance Contracts
from £85.00 + VATAlarm Servicing
We offer an annual fee for our ‘bells-only’ maintenance starting from £85.00 +VAT. Please contact the office to confirm the maintenance cost based on your postcode. The cost includes a service on your intruder alarm system, 12 months warranty on any parts or batteries that we replace and access to support 24/7. Any batteries, parts and call outs will be chargeable.
Payments can be made in full for the first year by direct debit with the option to pay monthly after 12 months.
Alarm Monitoring
from £180 +VATAlarm Monitoring
Our annual fee for our home monitored alarm service and our commercial monitored alarm service starts from as little as £180.00 +VAT. The cost includes a service on your intruder alarm system, 12 months warranty for any parts or batteries that we replace and access to support 24/7. Any batteries, parts and call outs will be chargeable.
Payment can be made in full for the first year by direct debit with the option to pay monthly after 12 months.
Labour Pricing
from £80 +VATLabour Pricing
If you require work to a current system, need something relocated or added and can’t confirm the price until the work is undertaken we would charge per hour. We charge from £80.00 +vat for the first hour, price is dependent on your location so please contact the office to confirm your local rate. When jobs are priced per hour we would provide an estimate and charge pro rata once the job is complete.
Payment Terms
The terms for our payments require a 50% deposit up front 7-days prior to the installation with the balance due on completion.
We accept payments directly into our bank by cheque, cash or card (subject to a fee). We can also take payments for installations by direct debit on completion of a mandate.
