Alarm fitted a few years ago. Martin does the service every year. He always provides such personal service and goes over and above what we expect. He is so friendly and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and spends time explaining options I can consider to improve my house safety rather than rushing away to next job.

We went to SSS after getting fed up with appalling customer service from ADT. SSS were consistently helpful and courteous, and Sam installed new alarms and fire/smoke alarms. He took time to explain everything clearly and SSS have been helpful since installation. Would definitely recommend SSS

SSS replaced a very old alarm system. Their team turned up on time and got straight to work. Both of them were wearing masks, as requested and kept them on as they worked, for which we were very grateful, as we are still shielding. They finished by early afternoon and took time to make sure we understood how to use the system and the associated mobile app. Very happy to recommend SSS.

We had our stair entry system upgraded by SSS recently and my experience with them could not be any more positive. From the moment I contacted Amy for a quote, I received swift, professional and friendly service to whatever query I had every single time (and I had many in various shapes and sizes😉), and the job was completed just in the same, very positive way. For a notoriously stressful and complicated job such as this (i.e. installing a new entry system in a 12-flat tenement block), the whole process went without any stress or complications in sight! Excellent company. We had a problem with the Cisa lock on our front door and Amy from Safe Simple Secure was very helpful in arranging a prompt repair for us. The engineer who then reviewed the fault (Michael) was very thorough in resolving the issue and putting safeguards in place to help avoid the same issue from reoccurring. Michael was also a pleasure to interact with - taking the time to explain exactly what he had done and answering my (many) questions in very helpful detail. Hands down a great experience.

I contacted Safe Simple Secure for an entry system installation quote for the building of my tenement flat in Edinburgh over 2 years ago. From day 1, they were responsive and really helpful. I requested repeat quotes over the 2 years as my building were agreeing on the work and every time Safe Simple Secure were very quick to respond and helpful. They also came out to check something while they were in the area at no charge so went above and beyond. Entry system now installed, all working great. Couldn't recommend more.

They were very quick to respond to enquiries during the process. They had to come back because of unexpected issues with the existing fire alarm but they came back with new quote and new appointment date on the same day. Everything went well from start to finish. Matt came out for the initial meeting and listened carefully to my CCTV requirements and how best we could achieve them. On the day of installation, Michael, Sam and Sean came bang on time and worked tirelessly for two days to install the system. They worked quietly, efficiently and with no fuss. I happen to be very finicky especially about cables and trunking and I was delighted with the ingenuity of the team to hide all the cables. I’m not very IT literate but Michael put the app on my phone and laptop and explained in layman’s terms how it all worked. We needed to make some minor adjustments to the cameras especially for night operation and Michael came back to sort that out shortly afterwards. Safe Simple Secure Ltd also have a first-rate office team who are very supportive to the customers and the engineers alike, and who are always there to answer any queries. I have no hesitation in recommending Safe Simple Secure Ltd to anyone who wants to install a good-quality CCTV system..

SSS took over my alarm system from another company in Edinburgh.The services provided were outstanding and reasonably priced. We've used SSS for many years now and always been very pleased with the systems and services. Today we upgraded our CCTV system and added a couple of high definition, full colour, cameras. The images we are getting are unbelievable. It's pitch black outside but the images look like near daylight! As always, it was pleasure having SSS personnel in the house. All the staff, including those in the office, are great to deal with. And on the several occasions over the years we've needed urgent help, the response times have always been spot on! I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

With the abolition of Lothian and Borders for a state police,it was apparent that things would become worse. In January 2015 Jim and Brenda opposite lost both cars beside other items.
In April they were revisited again.
Laura a neighbour showed me her App from SSS. The ability to remotely activate/deactivate and identify home invasion area convinced me this system was for me.
Sensors and security lighting was installed promptly and professionally.
Any glitches have been quickly resolved,whether it be booster or additional sensors.
It was so good,I got SSS to install a system at my daughters.

They were very quick to respond to enquiries during the process. They had to come back because of unexpected issues with the existing fire alarm but they came back with new quote and new appointment date on the same day. Everything went well from start to finish. Matt came out for the initial meeting and listened carefully to my CCTV requirements and how best we could achieve them. On the day of installation, Michael, Sam and Sean came bang on time and worked tirelessly for two days to install the system. They worked quietly, efficiently and with no fuss. I happen to be very finicky especially about cables and trunking and I was delighted with the ingenuity of the team to hide all the cables. I’m not very IT literate but Michael put the app on my phone and laptop and explained in layman’s terms how it all worked. We needed to make some minor adjustments to the cameras especially for night operation and Michael came back to sort that out shortly afterwards. Safe Simple Secure Ltd also have a first-rate office team who are very supportive to the customers and the engineers alike, and who are always there to answer any queries. I have no hesitation in recommending Safe Simple Secure Ltd to anyone who wants to install a good-quality CCTV system..

SSS took over my alarm system from another company in Edinburgh.The services provided were outstanding and reasonably priced. We've used SSS for many years now and always been very pleased with the systems and services. Today we upgraded our CCTV system and added a couple of high definition, full colour, cameras. The images we are getting are unbelievable. It's pitch black outside but the images look like near daylight! As always, it was pleasure having SSS personnel in the house. All the staff, including those in the office, are great to deal with. And on the several occasions over the years we've needed urgent help, the response times have always been spot on! I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

They fitted 3 security doors with fob access and a wireless intercom in our residential building, and it all works perfectly.Really impressed with the service provided, they went the extra mile to program fobs and show us how to program the units so we can manage it ourselves. Highly recommended.

With the abolition of Lothian and Borders for a state police,it was apparent that things would become worse. In January 2015 Jim and Brenda opposite lost both cars beside other items.
In April they were revisited again.
Laura a neighbour showed me her App from SSS. The ability to remotely activate/deactivate and identify home invasion area convinced me this system was for me.
Sensors and security lighting was installed promptly and professionally.
Any glitches have been quickly resolved,whether it be booster or additional sensors.
It was so good,I got SSS to install a system at my daughters.
